The Company is committed to serving its members with an aim to achieve its organisational goals and for the welfare of its members. The Company has formulated this refund policy to provide clear, transparent, and fair guidelines for all refund-related matters arising from vacation purchases.
This Refund Policy is applicable towards the benefits availed pursuant to the Vacation Purchase Agreement. It is not applicable for the consideration paid to the Company towards the Membership fees.
Members will be at liberty to raise any issue of dissatisfaction, if any, within 05 days of availing their first holiday. Requests raised beyond this window may not be considered under this policy.
Complete your first holiday stay at the resort.
Submit your dissatisfaction request within 5 days.
A proper inquiry of the request will be conducted.
Refund processed if inquiry is found satisfactory.
A proper inquiry of the dissatisfaction request as raised by the member will be made. If found satisfactory, the refund will be initiated subject to applicable deductions.
For hotel rooms booked under the Vacation Purchase Agreement, the right to cancel your hotel room booking, applicable cancellation charges, and no-show charges are set out in the terms and conditions applicable to that specific hotel offer.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed subject to the deduction of the following charges:
Administrative Charges — Processing and operational costs incurred during the membership period.
ASF (Annual Service Fee) — Annual service fees applicable for the period of membership availed.
GST (Goods & Services Tax) — Applicable government taxes as per prevailing regulations.
The applicable cancellation policy of the concerned hotel and no-show charges will be shown on your booking confirmation. Members shall adhere to the concerned hotel's terms and conditions at all times.
Hotel-specific cancellation and no-show charges are governed by the individual property's policy and are separate from this Refund Policy. These charges are non-negotiable and must be honoured by the member as per the booking confirmation.
It is pertinent to note that this Refund Policy is applicable towards the benefits availed pursuant to the Vacation Purchase Agreement. Subject to the aforesaid, the following are expressly excluded from this policy:
Membership Fees — This Refund Policy is not applicable for the consideration paid to the Company towards the Membership fees. Members are directed to adhere with the stated terms and conditions of the Vacation Purchase Agreement in this regard.
Members are directed to adhere with the stated terms and conditions of the Vacation Purchase Agreement for all matters not covered under this policy.
